Deposit is based on meeting rental qualifications based on credit, rental history, income verification, and criminal background check. Mgmt. reserves the right to request additional security deposit, or require a guarantor, or refuse occupancy.

PET POLICY*:
— $300 PET FEE for one small pet under 35 lbs;
— $350 PET FEE for two small pets

— $400 PET FEE for one large dog 36-85 lbs;
— $450 PET FEE for two large dogs 36-85 lbs

*Pet Fees are non-refundable. Maximum two approved pets per apartment, breed restrictions apply. NO MONTHLY FEE
